The location of these apartments is superb, right in the city center and close to the waterfront. Plus, the unique neighborhood adds to the charm of the stay.

We had an excellent stay in Lisbon near to Alfama, the city center and centre. Location was marvellous and fantastic, near lots of places, such as a historic castle we wanted to visit.

It was centrally located and within walking distance to major attractions like the Alfama district, Se de Lisboa, and the Tagus River. The neighborhood felt safe and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was spacious with big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living area. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils. On the fourth day of our stay, the staff surprised us by changing our towels and providing us with additional bags filled with essential items like salt, pepper, honey, and more. We also appreciated the communication with Miguel, who gave us useful recommendations for fado and a luggage store. City Stays Se Apartments had everything we needed for a fantastic trip.

While there were not many complaints, a few suggestions could enhance the overall experience. Adding more colorful decor or plants in the apartment would make it feel more vibrant.

Great location near the waterfront, away from the noisy tourist areas. the beds were comfortable and suitable for a large group. Plus, they allowed early check-in, which was a huge bonus.

The pillows were incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. the lack of communication between the manager and the person arranging entry caused confusion and delays in getting into the apartment.

I loved the fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, coffee machine, and even a dishwasher. It made preparing meals and enjoying a cup of coffee hassle-free. The flat-screen TV with cable channels was a great addition, providing entertainment options during downtime. The apartment offered complimentary wireless Internet access, which was essential for me to stay connected and get work done.

Personally, I found the bidet in the bathroom unnecessary, but I understand that others may appreciate this feature.
